Cancellation/Refund Policy

Memberships: You can cancel at any time. You will not be charged for your next billing cycle (1, 2, or 3 years, depending on the plan you choose). There are no refunds or pro-rated refunds after 5 days from the date you completed your purchase.

Under most circumstances, there are no refunds. Should extenuating circumstances apply, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, within 5 days of the date of your completed purchase.

To request a refund, send an email: to accounting@ifgamerica.org or call our office at 714-203-5111. Your request MUST be completed and received within FIVE (5) days from the date you completed the actual purchase.

Liability Insurance: IFGA does not offer or sell Insurance in any capacity. IFGA outsources this benefit with a 3rd party company that is licensed to sell insurance benefits for your business. It is understood IFGA is fully indemnified from any lawsuits or class action lawsuits filed pertaining to any claims against you and/or your business.
